CNC Machining

• Machining of high-precision components under 0.001in tolerance
• 4 axis machining or intricate, complex geometry, 3D components and castings
• Materials: Machining of aluminum alloy, yellow/red metals (brass, bronze, copper), aerospace and exotic materials (Inconel, hastealloy, titanium), ceramics, powdered metals, 300/400 series stainless steel, cast iron, composite materials (carbon fiber) and plastics. Cylindrical, Surface and Centerless Grinding Specialty

• Cylindrical grinding for ultra-high precision components with diameter tolerances well under 0.001 inches, measured at the micron level
• Cylindrical Grinding of hardened materials including tool steel, hardened (400 series) stainless steel with high Rockwell hardness, carbide cutting tools, ceramics, and rubber/poly-urethane parts.
• Grinding of precision shafts, rods, hollow tubes, tapered rods, threaded rods
• Grinding/Honing Equipment: CNC Grinding utilizing Okuma CNC Grinder, Karstens plain cylindrical grinders, (with internal/Inner Surface ID grinding capability), Sunnen vertical honing machines, Hanchett vertical spindle rotary grinder, several surface grinders
